NEW YORK RIPTIDE TO HOST VIRTUAL DRAFT PARTY

For the first time ever, the New York Riptide will host a Virtual Draft Party via Zoom on September 17 as the team selects first overall in the 2020 NLL Entry Draft.

Starting at 6:55 p.m. and extending through the second round of the draft, fans will join hosts Dani Wexelman and Colin Cosell to watch as the Riptide make four selections in the first two rounds. In addition to the first overall pick, the team, under the direction of General Manager Jim Veltman will make three selections in the second round – 17^th, 29^thand 36^th overall. The team has an additional three picks in the following rounds, one in the fourth (54th overall) and two in the sixth (81^st and 82^nd overall).

Following each pick, Wexelman and Cosell will be joined by special guests to break down the selections and to take questions from fans. Fans will also have the opportunity to win fun Riptide prizes throughout the party.
